HOT DOG RELISH 
6-4 c. green tomatoes
2 c. onions
4 c. cabbage
4 c. peppers
1/2 c. salt

Let stand overnight, next morning drain.

SYRUP:

6 c. sugar
1 tbsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. cider vinegar
2 c. water

Cook until tender and jar.
