BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
4 c. hot chicken broth
1 1/2 c. cream
16 oz. Cheez Whiz
6 oz. beer
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. yellow food coloring
1/4 c. chives

Melt butter; add flour and heat 5 minutes, mixing occasionally. Add broth and cream. Mix until smooth and thick. Add cheese. Stir until melted. Add rest of ingredients; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with popcorn.
