BELGIAN WAFFLES 
2 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. water
1 egg yolk
2 egg whites
2 oz. butter
1 c. milk

Mix together flour, salt, powdered sugar, water, and egg yolk. Add softened butter; beat smooth. Add milk; beat. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture. Bake until brown and crisp.
