CAULIFLOWER WITH CHEESE SAUCE 
1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1-1/2 c. milk
1/4 lb. cheese
Head of cauliflower

CHEESE SAUCE: Mix flour and milk in blender. Add butter and microwave or heat on stove. Stir frequently until thickened. Add cheese (cheddar or Velveeta), microwave until melted.

CAULIFLOWER: Heat pan of water on stove when it comes to a boil. Put cauliflower in. Let boil for 10 minutes then drain. Mix together with cheese sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
