WOODFORD PUDDING 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. blackberry jam (homemade is best)
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. sour milk
1 tsp. each of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves

Cream butter an sugar, add eggs, then flour with spices, mix soda with sour milk, add to above, then add jam. Bake slow oven 325 degrees until done. Serve warm with whipped cream.
