HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. chopped bananas
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. black walnuts
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, oil and sugar. Stir until moist. Do not beat pineapple, bananas and nuts. Stir in. Bake at 325 degrees in loaf pan for 45 to 60 minutes.

ICING:

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. (16 oz.) powdered sugar
