1 (#12) scoop cottage cheese
1 pineapple ring
1 maraschino cherry
1 oz. lettuce liner

Place #12 scoop of cottage cheese in center of lettuce lined salad plate. Cut slit in pineapple ring. Twist cut ends of pineapple in opposite directions to form "s" shape. Place over cottage cheese.

Place cherry on top in center.
