COTTAGE CHEESE & PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped celery

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Cool until a little thick. Add remaining ingredients and pour into mold or 8" square pan.

TOPPING:

3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. or more pineapple juice

Mix together and spread over top and refrigerate.
