PIZZA BURGERS 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground chuck
1 (16 or 17 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
Mozzarella cheese slices
1 doz. to 18 hamburger buns

Brown ground chuck. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano. Simmer 10 minutes.

Place bottoms of buns on large pizza pan or cookie sheet. Spoon about 1/4 cup sauce on each bun. Top with 1 slice of Mozzarella cheese. Put tops on buns. Cover all with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes. For crisp buns uncover 4 minutes before done baking.
