LORI'S CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

ICING:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cooking oil
4 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. peanut butter

In 9 x 13 inch baking pan, mix flour, 2 cups sugar, 5 tablespoons cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Set the baking pan aside; grab a bowl and mix 1/2 cup cooking oil, vinegar, vanilla, and cold water. Make a few finger-sized wells in the baking pan batter and pour the above mixture into them. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick tests clean. Ice when cooled.
