ORANGE SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs, separated, beat yolks until creamy
1 1/2 c. sugar added gradually
1/2 c. orange juice
Grated rind of 1 orange
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat whites until stiff and add to above at low speed. Put in ungreased tube pan. Put in cold oven. Bake at 350 degrees 40-50 minutes.
