CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESECAKE 
2 c. Oreos, finely crushed
1/4 c. shortening, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. mini chocolate chips, divided in half
1 tsp. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crumbs and shortening. Press firmly on bottom of 9 inch pan. In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually, beat in milk until smooth. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Toss 1/2 cup chips in with flour. Stir into cheese mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining chips over top of cake. Bake for 55 minutes or until center is set. Cool and chill. Refrigerate leftovers.
