BREAKFAST IN A DISH 
8 slices bread, broken into sm. pieces
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 lb. sausage
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 can mushroom soup
1/4 c. water

Brown sausage; drain well. In a 13"x9" pan layer bread, sausage, then cheese. Beat eggs, milk and mustard together; then pour over the bread, sausage and cheese layers. Dilute the soup with the water and pour over the eggs. (Do not add salt and pepper.) Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake for 1 hour.
