MONKEY BREAD 
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
3 cans (10 count) biscuits
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces with kitchen scissors. Coat each piece in cinnamon mixture. Place biscuits into a Bundt or angel cake pan. Sprinkle remaining cinnamon mixture on top.

Melt butter. Add remaining sugar and vanilla. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. You may also heat for 1 1/2 minutes in microwave. Dribble this syrup in top of biscuits in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. When done, remove from oven and let set for a minute. Turn out onto large plate. This reheats great in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
