MINIATURE HAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 c. flour
3 cans (4 1/2 oz. each) deviled ham
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/3 c. sour cream

Heat water and butter to rolling boil in large pan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at once, until smooth and glossy. Drop by small teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees until puffed, golden and dry, about 25 minutes.

Cool. Blend remaining ingredients, refrigerate. Just before serving, cut off tops, take out any soft dough and fill with mix. 60 to 72 appetizers.
