CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
1 can beef or chicken broth
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. diagonally sliced green onions
1 lg. clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ginger
4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
Sliced green pepper
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced onions

Combine first 6 ingredients. Marinate chicken in mixture at least 4 hours (can marinate overnight).

Grill chicken over hot coals or on gas grill, turning frequently and spooning marinade over chicken.

Saute green peppers, mushrooms, and onions in butter. Serve over chicken and the following rice. Easy to double recipe.
