2 c. graham cracker or vanilla wafer crumbs
1 stick melted butter
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks butter, room temperature
5 bananas, cut crosswise
2 No. 2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix together cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into bottom of load dish (9 x 13 inch) to form crust. With mixer combine powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla, and 2 sticks butter. Spread mixture over crust. Add layer of bananas, then layer of pineapple. Top with Cool Whip. Garnish with chopped pecans and refrigerate 12 hours. Cut in squares and serve.
