CHOCOLATE SILK MOUSSE 
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. melted chocolate or 8 tbsp. cocoa
3 lg. eggs

Cream sugar and soft butter in mixer. Add vanilla and chocolate to sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one, 1-2 minutes. Spoon into serving glasses. For pie, spoon into prebaked pie shell. Chill.
