CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 c. flour, all-purpose, sifted
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. zucchini, grated & packed
1/4 c. Hershey cocoa powder
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all dry ingredients. Add egg, oil, vanilla and mix. Add zucchini last. Grease and flour 1 loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. To test, insert knife in center. Should be dry.

Excellent very good. Made one according to recipe and one with sugar substitute that one didn't work well tasted ok but heavy not light and moist so I would not use a sugar substitute again. But will make according to recipe again.
