CLUB DAY CHICKEN AND DRESSING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned bread stuffing
1 stick butter (melted)
1 c. water

Mix these together and place 1/2 of mixture in 9x13 pan.

2 1/2 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup
Grated cheese

mix chicken, onion, celery, mayonnaise and salt. Spread over stuffing mix in pan. Place remaining stuffing on top. Beat eggs slightly and add milk. Pour evenly over mixture. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Take out an hour before baking time. Spread with mushroom soup. Bake uncovered 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for 10 minutes.
