STIR FRY 
1 sm. pkg. skinless, boneless chicken
1 sm. pkg. beef cubes (optional)
1 lg. onion
1 or 2 stalks broccoli
1 zucchini
2 squash
1/2 sm. pkg. mushrooms
1 stalk celery
1/2 red or green pepper
Olive oil or canola oil for frying
Rice

Cut meat into thin pieces and lightly brown. Set aside. Cut veggies and stir fry (brown lightly). Add meat and simmer while rice is cooking. Serves 4 to 6.
