1 yellow cake mix
1 c. oil
1 egg
2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. chocolate syrup or 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Press half into 9 x 13 Pyrex dish. Drizzle syrup and chocolate chips over this. Add remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Do not overbake. Cut while warm.
