GROUND BEEF SKILLET PAPRIKASH 
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery with leaves
1 1/2 lb. ground lean beef
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. dairy sour cream
4 tsp. paprika

Saute onions and celery in oil 5 minutes. Add beef; cook and stir until browned. Drain off excess fat. Add next 3 ingredients. Cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat. Serve over cooked noodles. Yields 6 portions.
