LUNCH BOX COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. thick sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins

Sift first 6 ingredients together; mix eggs and sour cream together, add to sifted mixture. Add vanilla and raisins. Spoon onto baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes. This is a great soft cookie.
