PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 lb. pasta (your choice)
5 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
2 pts. heavy cream
1 tbsp. basil
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 stick butter
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute minced garlic in olive oil. (Do not brown.) Add butter and parsley, basil and all vegetables and cover. Let simmer 2 minutes, turning a couple of times. Add cream, turn to heat through. Remove from heat. Boil pasta (al dente). Drain and add to vegetables, salt and pepper to taste. NOTE: Save some pasta water in case mixture becomes too dry.
