PAM'S FINE HOUR STEW 
2 lb. beef stew meat
2 c. potatoes, cubed
6 carrots, cubed
2 stalks celery
1 onion, chopped
1 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix altogether and bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours. Don't peek at all.
