LEMON CRISP SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. chopped celery

Dissolve Jello and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and vinegar. Chill until thickened. Fold in celery and onion and chill until firm. Double for a mold.
