ALL DAY STEW 
2 lb. cubed boneless beef
2 lg. potatoes, cut in bite-size pieces
5 lg. carrots, sliced
3 c. sliced celery
1 c. sliced green pepper
3 onions, cut up
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. corn starch

Combine all ingredients. Pour into a shallow casserole. Cover. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees.
