ALL DAY STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. cubed meat
4 med. carrots, cut in chunks
2 med. onions, cut in chunks
2 stalks celery, cut in chunks
1 can tomatoes (undrained)
1/2 c. minute tapioca (important)
Dash of thyme
Dash of oregano (if desired)
Salt to taste
1 tsp. (heaping) instant coffee
2 beef bouillon cubes (or 2 tsp. instant bouillon)

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Dump all ingredients into a large container and mix well. Put in oven-proof dish with cover. Cook 7 1/2-8 hours.
