CHICKEN SALAD 
1 (3 lb.) chicken
1 c. pickle relish
3 celery (single stalk pieces)
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. Accent
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 onion
1/8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Eggs (hard boiled) (optional)

Boil chicken with water to cover until chicken separating from bone. Take chicken out and cool. When cool, bone chicken. Put chicken, celery, onion and eggs through grinder. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
