PIONONOS 
3 ripe plantains
1 c. minced meat
3 eggs, beaten
Oil for frying

Peel and slice lengthwise the plantains. Fry each slice in hot oil. Fold each slice to make a ring. Hold with a toothpick. Put every one in a baking pan. Fill each one with the meat. Beat the eggs and pour some in top of the meat. Bake in a moderate oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
