CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 to 3 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. wild rice, cooked
1 sm. onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can celery soup
1 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs made from Ritz crackers

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs. Refrigerate overnight. Place bread crumbs onto casserole before placing in oven. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
