CHICKEN IN HONEY SAUCE 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (3-3 1/2 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up
1/2 c. butter, melted
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice

Combine first 4 ingredients in a plastic bag; shake to mix. Place 2 pieces of chicken in bag; shake well to coat. Dip floured chicken in 1/2 cup melted butter. Place chicken skin side up in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Repeat process. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Drain off pan drippings; turn chicken over. Combine 1/4 cup butter, honey and lemon juice; pour over chicken. Cover and bake 30 more minutes or until done. Baste frequently. Yields 4 servings.
