CHICKEN POT PIE 
3 c. cooked chicken, deboned
1 c. chicken broth
2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 c. carrots, diced (I use can)
1 1/2 c. canned sweet peas
1 c. diced, cooked potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
Dash of garlic

Mix all the ingredients in saucepan; bring to boil. Grease or spray Pam in large baking dish. Pour into baking dish. Top with biscuits. Bake in 450 degree oven until biscuits are done. Makes about 8 servings.
