POT PIE 
BOTTOM OF PIE:

1 lb. or so. chicken or turkey, cooked
2 c. combined: potatoes, celery, carrots, broccoli, green beans, sweet peas, pick your favorite or use all
2 cans of soup of your choice: cream of celery, cream of chicken, cream of mushroom
1 c. water

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 stick melted butter

Evenly mix bottom of pie in a large, long, glass baking dish. With electric mixer mix in bowl topping ingredients until lumps are mixed in batter. Pour batter over top of pie mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
