BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. bulk breakfast sausage, browned & drained
1 dozen eggs, beaten
3 slices bread, cubed sm.
1 c. milk
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. bacon, crumbled
1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Sauteed onion, green pepper & mushrooms (opt.)

Mix sausage, eggs, bread, milk, salt and pepper (and onion, green pepper and mushrooms). Pour into coated (Pam) cake pan. Sprinkle grated cheese and bacon on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
