SWEDISH RYE LOAVES 
Oven at 375 degrees. Yield: 2 loaves.

2 1/2 c. rye flour
2 pkgs. yeast
1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl; blend.

2 c. water
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. butter

Heat in saucepan over low heat until very warm (120-130 degrees). Add to flour mixture. Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed.

3 1/2-4 c. flour
1/2-1 1/2 c. flour

Stir in to form a sticky dough. Knead dough, adding flour until dough is smooth, pliable and no longer sticky (about 5 minutes). (I use dough hook.)
