PIE CRUST II 
3/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. boiling water
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream shortening and boiling water. Add flour and salt, stirring with a fork. Will be light and flaky. This is enough for a double crust fruit pie or two 9-inch shells.

Bake at 325°F for 10-15 minutes.
