MOIST COCONUT CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 can cream of coconut
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. frozen coconut

Bake cake by box directions. Bake in 13"x9"x2" pan. When cake is done, remove from oven while hot. Punch holes all over cake with large fork. Pour cream of coconut over cake. Let cool completely. Spread with Cool Whip and sprinkle coconut on top. Refrigerate overnight.
