1 sm. potato
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. powdered sugar
Peanut butter

Boil small potato until soft. Mash with fork until completely mashed. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in powdered sugar until you can roll like pie dough (about 1 pound of sugar). Roll out, spread peanut butter over it. Roll and slice. You may want to chill it before you slice it.
