POTATO PUFF CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. green pepper 1 tbsp. chili sauce or catsup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen potato puffs In a skillet, combine beef, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat, breaking up meat with a fork, until meat is browned and onion and pepper are tender. Stir in chili sauce, soup and water. Turn mixture into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover top with frozen potato puffs. Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees until puffs are golden brown. Yield: about 4 servings. |
