1 qt. pecans
1/4 to 1/2 c. salt
1 qt. water

Put water from faucet in container, add pecans and salt. Let set 30 minutes. Drain and dry with paper towels for 30 minutes. Place on cookie sheet and bake 30 minutes in 275 degree oven.
