BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
9 or 10 slices buttered bread (but no crusts!)
1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
8 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. pre-cooked bacon (cubed)
1 slice pre-cooked ham (cubed) or 1 lb. pork or turkey sausage, pre-cooked and crumbled

Place half of the bread in a 9x13 inch casserole, sprinkle with half of the cheese. Sprinkle with half of the meat. Repeat for another layer.

Beat eggs, milk and salt. Pour over top of casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Then serve and enjoy!
