8 CALORIE CHOCOLATE KISS COOKIES 
3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. fine granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa

Beat egg whites until foamy. Add cream of tartar; beat until small peaks form. Gradually beat in sugar. Fold in cocoa 1 tablespoon at a time. Drop level teaspoonful on greased cookie sheets. Bake in 275 degree oven for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly before removing. Store in very dry place. 9 dozen cookies.
