WOLFGANG'S GERMAN PANCAKES 
1 c. flour
2 to 3 eggs
Milk as needed
2 to 3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking powder
2 to 3 Pippin apples
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, sour cream, eggs, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon with a little milk. Beat until smooth. Add milk to make batter somewhat runny for thinner pancakes.

Peel and core apples and slice thinly.

In a medium or large fry pan, melt butter. Pour in batter for 1 large, thin pancake. Lay apple slices on top as it cooks. Turn when golden brown.
