1 lb. ground beef 1 clove garlic, chopped or garlic powder 1/2 lb. pepperoni thinly sliced 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 1/4 lb. curly noodles cooked and drained 1/4 lb. shell macaroni 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 med. onion, green pepper, chopped 1 sm. can mushrooms 1/2 small bag. Brown ground beef and add garlic, onion and green pepper and cook until tender, stirring often, drain. Stir in pepperoni, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce. Combine noodles and macaroni. Layer noodles mixture, cheese and ground beef mixture alternately in greased 9 x 13 inch dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Note: Remember pasta swells. Don't use too much or cavatni will be dry. Can omit anything you don't like. May use garlic or onion powder instead. |
