CARROT PANCAKES 
1 lb. carrots, grated
1 onion, grated
1 sm. potato, grated
3 eggs
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. oil
1 tbsp. baking powder
Salt & pepper
1 tsp. Maggi seasoning
1 tsp. M.S.G. (opt.)

To grated vegetables add rest of ingredients and mix just enough to blend all. Cook on a lightly greased griddle. Serve with sour cream and capers. Serves 8.
