10 oz. Heinz 57
10 oz. A-1
10 oz. Worcestershire
1/4 lb. pure lard
1 lb. brown sugar
1/4 bottle liquid smoke
1 1/2 oz. chili powder
4 oz. mustard
32 oz. catsup
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/4 bottle Louisianna Hot
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 c. water

Use water to rinse all bottles. Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 hour. Use sparingly. I usually brush sauce on meat, as it is concentrated.
