4 portions ice cream(s) 4 slices sponge cake 8 tsp. granulated sugar 4 egg whites Make a meringue by beating whites of egg until stiff peaks form. Add sugar until it dissolves. Put slices of sponge cake down to form floor and walls. Add ice cream to center. Cover top with cake slices. Then cover with lots of meringue. Place in 400 degree oven until meringue is slightly browned. Work fast! Freeze, slice and serve. |
