BANANA PECAN BREAD 
1 stick butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. mashed bananas
1/4 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. almond extract
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix butter and sugar in bowl. Add beaten eggs, sour cream, milk and almond extract. Add dry ingredients with bananas and pecans. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes.
